Let Us Sell Your Furniture!
Bring your furniture into us and sell it on consignment. You receive a percentage of the price of the item(s), once they sell. See store manager for details. We issue checks twice each month.
Each week we have hundreds of customers looking for specific items, so bring your extra or gently used furniture into us and make some extra cash!
Pick up available! Please ask for details, if you are interested in having your items picked up from your home or apartment.
Items not accepted: mattresses, box springs, waterbeds, appliances, TV's stereos, radios, exercise equipment, and cribs. Any items with mildew, stains, or pet and smoke smells are also unacceptable!

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
The seller and Second Time Around/Instant Furniture Rental agree to the following terms and conditions:
The merchandise will be sold on a consignment basis only. A percentage of the selling fee will be charged seller and retained by Second Time Around/Instant Furniture Rental on only the merchandise that was sold and at the price for with it was sold. If merchandise must be picked up, a fee will be charged to seller upon pick-up.
We will seek to receive the asking price, however, on the 15th day, the merchandise will be reduced 20% in price. Additional mark downs will occur automatically at 30 days from the date of the contract and every 30 days until sold. All mark downs will be 20% of the original price. After 90 days unclaimed merchandise will be donated to charity.
Payments for the sale of merchandise, after deducting the selling fee, will be mailed automatically to the seller twice monthly, if applicable, until all consigned merchandise has been sold.
Seller agrees to hold us harmless for any damage to seller's property while on consignment. Liability with respect to fire, theft, and product liability remain under the seller's private insurance company until it is sold.
Seller warrants that he/she is the owner of the merchandise described and that it is not subject to any financing statements or other liens and encumbrances.
Any merchandise sold on a layaway basis will not be paid for until buyer has paid full balance.
